Admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand 2015.
Starting her career as a Family Court Registrar after law school and deciding that practicing law was indeed her desired career, Emma Rose completed her professional legal studies while working at the Ministry of Justice and, upon admission, worked as in-house counsel for New Zealand’s largest government department. Initially employed to assist with defence of a high profile Worksafe prosecution, Emma Rose transitioned into Health and Safety advisory work, and finally specialised in Employment Law, working in several other legal portfolios in the interim. She has provided training targeted at public sector departments on the 2015 Health and Safety at Work Act, as well as addressing personal grievance and other issues.
