Guido joined the firm (then Broadmore Barnett) in 2005, and has specialised in employment law since his admission as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2003. Previously, Guido worked at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, which included a secondment as an in-house HR/legal adviser with a State sector client. Guido represents clients at mediation, and appears as counsel in the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, and in the District and High Courts. Guido has also provided training and presented seminars to clients on a number of employment issues.
